ENA5 E-books – books of the future

Many people have started to read newspapers and books from online; from phones and computers. Or that is what has been told in the news lately. Some have been said that it could be possible that e-books will replace traditional books. Maybe that will happen after 20 years when there is no enough oxygen for us to breathe after we have cut down all the forests and we find paper disgusting because of technology’s high improvements but not yet

We use books in education to study and we read literature for fun. We can spend hours with a biology book for an exam or with an exciting thriller book at the evenings. But which is more comfortable to read for a long time: flashy pixels or books letters which stay still? It seems to me that people prefer paper because I haven’t seen many people reading e-books. The only time was at school, where a mother tongue class got to try iPads as studying tools. Half of my friends had ones and I can say my friends’ agreements on my side that it didn’t work well. I’m not going to explain fully why but one of the negative sides with iPads was that they had to read novels and other texts on them. It was ridiculous to read so much text on a screen so you will get more easily tired than when reading normal handouts. Maybe that’s one of the reasons why so many haven’t bought an e-book. Or only stubbornness and the desire to stick to the old ways are in the way.

Of course the internet is full of different stories, like fan fictions, which are read by many people but hay, does any normal youngster really read books or other stories anymore? They find movies faster way to get information. You don’t need to TUHLATA so much time and use your own imagination to create new worlds and characters, So in the end even e-books will disappear when people get tired of reading.
But anyhow, if you ask from me, I will stick to real books until I die. Of course if there are any books after some atom bomb have destroyed everything and every known book have changed into digital format.
